The purpose of writing this article is to thoroughly explore how the practice of profit sharing in the Shopee Affiliate programme from the perspective of Islamic economic law. The Shopee affiliate programme allows individuals or third parties to earn commissions through the promotion of products on the e-commerce platform. In the context of sharia economic law, it is important to assess whether this profit-sharing system is in accordance with sharia principles that prohibit riba, gharar, and maysir. This paper uses the library research method, which focuses on literature studies, as the research sources are taken from the Qur'an, journal articles, previous research results and online websites, which support the research theme. The study analyses the clarity in commission sharing, the uncertainty that may occur in the transaction, as well as the promoted products to ascertain their conformity with Islamic law. The results show that Shopee Affiliate's profit-sharing practices can be considered legitimate in Islamic economics as long as they fulfil the principles of fairness, transparency, and halal in the products being marketed. This article provides guidance for business people and affiliates to ensure that the affiliate practices carried out do not violate the provisions of Islamic economics.
